RATES
All custodial parents and/or legal guardians are required to sign a Fee Agreement prior to enrollment of their child in Shady Lane Child Development Center. Parents are required to indicate to whom all billing information and correspondence are to be addressed. Tuition payments are due every Friday by 6:00pm for the upcoming week of care. Cash, check, or money orders may be used to pay tuition. Receipts will be given for tuition payments made by cash; upon request. All cash payments must be placed in sealed envelope with the child’s name and placed in the payment box. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for tuition checks returned by the bank. If at any future time the bank returns a parent’s check, all future tuition payments must be made by cash, certified check, or a money order. Full-Time tuition includes meals consisting of a hot or cold breakfast, 2 healthy snacks & a hot or cold lunch daily.
